“I hated poverty. Poverty is more of a choice than anything else, and I can change that. It depends upon how hard I want to work, and I decided that I would change it.”
~Dr. Ben Carson
This quote shows us that anything can change and be different if we stand up against it. Many of us want things to be different, but do we try to change it? We might put thought into it and maybe even tell it to another as if it was a plan, but not many of us have the guts to go out and stand up for what you think is right. As humans, it’s okay to make mistakes, but that can’t stop us from doing anything or everything. We’re just afraid, and that’s okay but if we want to make a difference like Dr. Ben Carson or any other hero, we have to show the world and actually do it. Once you’re done what you wanted to change, you’ll just see a big difference inside of you and others, and then later on they might even thank you, but for sure you will receive what you deserve which is not a bad consequence but a god one.
